My offer

I am convinced that real growth and lasting change only come from inside. 
Our inner world is never static—whether as individuals or as a collective. When we bring awareness to it, it unfolds, begins to move, and becomes its own next step. The quality of our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the outside is therefore vital for the effectiveness of our results. 

Whether as a facilitator for workshops, team-building initiatives, or large group events, as a co-creator and companion for participatory strategy and culture design, or in individual coaching, it is always about the journey through the inner space, to the other participants in the system, to the outcome in terms of change and growth in the outside world.

    In dynamic, participative processes, I support teams in uncovering these valuable foundations together, shaping a shared (brand) identity or vision, and developing clear, actionable paths for the future. This approach not only creates clear goals and strategies but also fosters genuine commitment and a deep, collective understanding of the "why" and "what for" behind a project, team, or organization.   • Authentic company culture cannot be imposed from above—it arises where people can actively shape their shared workplace reality and environment. Instead of ready-made culture and workplace concepts, I support teams and organizations in collaborative, experience- based journeys through which all participants can contribute their expertise and needs and jointly develop new forms of collaboration and thus more effective solutions. By consciously designing spaces for collaboration and experimentation and developing intentional rituals, an authentic and unique culture or work environment grows – a fertile ground where people can develop their potential and create progress and growth together.

In the safe and confidential space of individual coaching, I’ll help you uncover your unique values and potential, using them as your inner compass to create meaningful, lasting change.

Together, we’ll explore your challenges—whether it’s navigating a career shift, tackling leadership hurdles, or focusing on personal growth—using a systemic and resource-oriented approach inspired by the St. Gallen coaching model. My work blends thoughtful reflection with embodied experiences, because true transformation happens from within and requires both mind and body to align.

Project examples

Here are a few selected examples of my work in participative strategy, team, and organizational development. Each project shares a common focus: helping clients reconnect with themselves and their relationships, while addressing their challenges from a foundation of a strong, collaborative "we."
 

True to the motto, “Everything you are and everything you will be lies solely within yourself.”

  • Development and facilitation of a 4-month "Purpose Journey" (conducted mostly remotely due to COVID) to rediscover and bring to life the core purpose and key company values of the premium sportswear brand BOGNER.

    The result was a purpose uncovered through a radically collaborative process within the organization, along with four authentic core company values that bridge the brand’s history with its future.

  • A company in the automotive industry utilized the time spent working remotely during the coronavirus pandemic to reimagine its workplace vision with us. Our process began with a design challenge: how to create a flexible, future-proof office environment that would effectively support employees' work and collaboration needs. Through a human-centered design approach, we facilitated a company-wide project team to collaborate on addressing this challenge. Remarkably, most of this work was conducted remotely through digital workshops, progressing from insight generation to design concepts, prototypes, and detailed spatial plans for the new office design.

    We were supported in this by our architecture partners from Designliga.

  • We supported and guided a participatory process to develop and implement a new leadership approach centered on the concept of "WE" at AOK Baden-Württemberg.

    Engaging all management levels and nearly 1,200 managers, we collaboratively shaped this new understanding of leadership through iterative design sprints, a variety of small and large-scale workshops, and experimental phases. This process was further enriched by training and integrating leadership navigators across all areas of the organization to bring the concept to life.

    Additionally, this initiative led to a refined corporate mission statement, which we are actively implementing through innovative methods, including a specially designed game.

  • As part of a company-wide restructuring, we designed and led a two-day offsite for McDonald’s Germany’s newly established ESI division, centered around the theme “From Workload to Team Flow.” The event blended moments of inner reflection and silence with meaningful interpersonal connections and practical problem-solving, all infused with a touch of lightheartedness.

    The offsite not only fostered stronger emotional bonds within the team and enhanced their understanding of the system but also led to the development of tangible strategies for improving efficiency and managing workloads. Clear action plans with defined responsibilities were created to ensure sustainable implementation of these solutions.

  • In a fast-moving market, the marketing management team of a German bank set out to realign its focus. We designed and facilitated a two-day “Reflection-to-Action” workshop: creating space to pause, sharpen objectives, and re-energize the path forward.

    Anchored in individual leadership goals, the team crafted a shared vision and reset priorities. By intentionally alternating between reflection and concrete future planning, they successfully realigned their collaboration. The outcomes: clarified strategic and operational targets, clear principles for effective leadership, and concrete next steps toward an agile, future-ready marketing organization.

  • Athletic Sport Sponsoring faced the challenge of repositioning itself in a highly competitive market. Our participatory approach guided a company-wide project group through four phases: from team onboarding to in-depth insight research and joint vision development to the creation of brand elements and their implementation.


    The process began with clarifying expectations and work rhythms, followed by researching psychological anchors and defining possible positioning spaces, the value cosmos, and the core identity. Building on this, we developed a brand name and design, which were then evaluated. In the implementation phase, we ensured consistent application through regular “creative reviews.”


    The result: an authentic brand identity that is carried from within and aligns the company's DNA and ambitions – with the employees involved as committed brand ambassadors.
