Coaching, for me, means opening inner pathways and dissolving obstacles. In our collaboration, we connect existing resources with new capacities, allowing personal development to naturally unfold in everyday life—without the need for consciously applying coaching techniques. This approach ensures sustainability. My experience shows that only what has truly been transformed within a person can, on its own, create meaningful and lasting change.
Value fulfilment instead of goal achievement –
The key to lasting change
My coaching approach, based on the St. Gallen Coaching Model (SCM)®, provides a scientifically grounded framework that demonstrably leads to profound and sustainable change.
What makes the St. Gallen Model special?
At the heart of this approach lies the insight that people are not primarily driven by achieving goals but by fulfilling values. Goals are merely functions of values—they show us how we can live our values. When we focus solely on goals without understanding the underlying values, success often feels empty or short-lived.
The Five Dimensions of Change
The SCM works on five levels, which together enable a holistic development process:
-
The Goal Dimension – What do you want to achieve, and what values are behind it?
-
The Development Dimension – What is holding you back, and what unconscious patterns are at play?
-
Deep Emotional Structures – What feelings and needs lie beneath the surface?
-
The Time Dimension – How do the past, present, and future influence your (value) development?
-
Your Self-Image – How does your perception of yourself change throughout the process?
Three independent scientific studies (2011, 2014, and 2017) demonstrate the high effectiveness and lasting effects of the St. Gallen Coaching Model. The changes clients experience are profound and lasting.
"When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change."
Wayne Dyer
A father in his mid-forties came to me with the desire to find more "work-life balance." He constantly felt exhausted and had the sense that he wasn’t truly present—neither at work nor at home. During the coaching process, we discovered that his exhaustion stemmed from a deep inner conflict: between the demand for "perfection" (which he had internalized through his upbringing) and the value of "ease" (which he subconsciously longed for).
Over the course of the process, it became clear how deeply his need for perfection permeated all areas of his life—from writing emails to playing with his children. Everything had to be done "right," which drained an enormous amount of energy. Through the gentle exploration of the value of "ease," he began to experience and expand this value, starting with small steps.
Over time, he succeeded in consciously integrating the value of "ease" into his daily life—not as a contradiction to quality, but as a different approach. He developed a fine sense of when perfection was truly important and when he could let go and approach things with more ease. This shift brought about a profound change in his relationship with his children: instead of planning perfect family activities, he was now able to be present in the moment, making their time together more spontaneous and joyful.
The result was not only more energy and less exhaustion but also a fundamentally new understanding of what constitutes a "successful life" for him—one in which ease and joy have as much space as achievement and quality.
My coaching offer
My coaching offer is tailored to you individually while following a clear process that guides you step by step toward greater clarity, agency, and value fulfillment. In doing so, I combine the structured framework of the St. Gallen Coaching Model with my experience in other mindfulness-based approaches (e.g., Focusing).

Overview of an exemplary Coaching process:
-
Introductory Session (free of charge) – We get to know each other and clarify whether my approach fits your needs.
-
Current Situation & Anamnesis – We examine your current situation, the context of your 'change desire' and the relevant influencing factors.
-
Value Work – Together, we identify the central value you want to enhance in your context (e.g., strength or calmness).
-
Process Sessions (6–8) – In each session, we work with the various dimensions of the model, dissolve old patterns and beliefs, activate resources, and integrate new insights.
-
Reflection & Integration – We regularly reflect on your experiences and development, as well as how you integrate them into your specific context.
My work is characterized by neutrality—free from judgment. Everything is allowed to be as it is, and I consciously refrain from giving praise or evaluations, even if you might wish for them. You will also not receive any advice, even if you explicitly ask for it. Together, we cultivate growth within you. As a result, you will not learn techniques or hear any tricks.
A leader once came to me with a goal: to delegate more effectively. At first, it seemed like a simple matter of refining skills. But as we dug deeper, it became clear that the real challenge wasn’t delegation—it was trust. Trust in her team and, just as importantly, trust in herself.
This realization changed everything. Instead of focusing on surface-level fixes, we explored the deeper value of trust in her leadership. Why was it hard to let go? What beliefs or fears were holding her back? By addressing these questions, she began to redefine trust—not as something to demand, but as something to build authentically within her team and herself.
The transformation was remarkable. She didn’t just delegate; she empowered. Her leadership became more collaborative, her team more cohesive. This experience was a powerful reminder: when we focus on values at the core, the changes we make are not only more meaningful but also truly lasting.

An impulse for contemplation:
When you think of a stressful situation, what do you miss most inside of you? And what value would you like to be able to live more fully in this situation?
Take a moment to consider these questions – perhaps you will discover a starting point for your development here.
Who is my coaching suitable for?
Value-oriented coaching based on the St. Gallen Model is particularly effective if you find yourself in a phase of change, sense that change is imminent, or seek deeper clarity in important areas of your life. The same applies to teams in the context of work environments. This approach is designed for individuals and teams who are willing to look beneath the surface and engage in a process that offers more than just quick fixes.
My coaching approach is particularly helpful for the following intentions:
You are facing an important professional or personal decision
You feel a discrepancy between what you do and what truly matters to you
You want to shape your leadership role more authentically and value-driven
You are experiencing recurring conflicts or obstacles in certain areas of your life or work
You are seeking more meaning and fulfillment in your work or life
You want to achieve a specific goal, but previous approaches have not been successful
You are in a transitional phase and want to navigate it consciously
Coaching with me is not suitable if:
You are currently suffering from psychological illnesses or issues (in this case, I recommend seeking therapeutic support)
You are solely looking for expert knowledge or professional consulting
You expect a quick solution without engaging in your own contemplative work
You have been pushed into coaching by others and do not feel a personal desire for change
