My professional CV
My journey into participatory collaboration and leadership began early on. In school, I discovered my passion for bringing groups together and representing shared interests as a class representative and later as a school spokesperson. My love for facilitation, group leadership, and training also emerged at a young age—starting as a ski instructor as a teenager, a role that took me to destinations like the Czech Republic and even Japan as a young adult, eventually leading to training other ski instructors.
During my business studies, I gave rhetoric seminars on the side and worked with RUF Jugendreisen, where I served as a staff coach, chief coordinator, and program coordinator for travel destinations. I also trained new employees in leadership, customer service, and group facilitation at the company’s in-house academy. Later, I deepened this passion by earning a TÜV certification as a trainer for personal development.
Professionally, my path led me from Telefónica Germany, where I headed the Brand & Communication Strategy team, to Superunion (formerly Lambie-Nairn) as Regional Director Germany, and then to Deutsche Bank as Head of Human-Centered Marketing. At Deutsche Bank, I led the development of a new, human-centered design practice within the retail banking division and supported the organization’s cultural transformation toward becoming a truly customer-focused company.
Most recently, I brought my diverse experiences to life as a founder and managing director of A Tribe Called Humans—a collective of freelance experts specializing in participatory strategy and culture development, united by the vision of creating a better, more human-centered economy. Alongside my own continuous education, I’ve also shared my expertise as a coach and trainer through IDEO U courses, including the Creative Leadership Certificate and Human-Centered Systems Thinking.

My personal side
Freedom, silence, nature and community
When I’m not guiding people and organizations on their journey, you’ll often find me out in nature—traveling in my VW bus, (kite)surfing by the sea, or mountain biking and climbing in the mountains. I also take time for quiet observation, whether meditating to connect with myself or dwelling in the present moment, like watching the sunrise by the ocean. These moments of stillness are a source of strength and inspiration for me.
Freedom to walk my own path and be authentic is just as important to me as feeling deeply connected to my community—whether I’m spending time with friends or contributing to local projects. These personal values are woven into my work and shape how I support people and organisations in their growth.
